# IX Finance

> IX Finance is fractional, on-chain ownership of income-generating real-world compute. Investors deposit a stablecoin and mint IX-CORE — a single ERC-4626 index token on Base that represents a pro-rata claim on a book of GPU/AI-infrastructure assets. Net rental revenue accrues into IX-CORE's net asset value (NAV) rather than being paid out, and every position, NAV, and asset identity is verifiable on-chain.

IX Finance is live on Base Sepolia testnet with clearly-labeled simulated data; the real revenue feed and oracle drop in at the pre-mainnet trust milestone. The wallet is the account — there is no email/password signup.
