1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by EDITH AI FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the DMCC free zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the brand IX RWA. References to “IX RWA” mean the Platform and services offered by the Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of your country of residence.

The Platform is not offered to any person in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful, and we may restrict access accordingly.

3. The Platform and testnet

IX RWA provides technology that enables access to fractionalized, tokenized real-world assets, including AI infrastructure, real estate, and renewable energy projects.

The Platform is currently in a testnet phase. Testnet features are experimental, may use test assets with no monetary value, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. No investment, legal, or tax advice

Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, nor a recommendation to make any investment. We do not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision.

5. Risks

Digital assets and tokenized real-world assets involve significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Values can be volatile, liquidity may be limited, and returns are not guaranteed.

You are solely responsible for understanding the risks and for the security of your wallet, keys, and credentials.

6. Wallets and accounts

Access may require connecting a compatible digital wallet. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet or account. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access, lost keys, or third-party wallet software.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes such as money laundering or fraud, or infringing the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its content, design, and trademarks (including “IX RWA”), is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services, including blockchains and wallet providers. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, assets, or data arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
