IX-CORE · THE FIRST BOOK
LIVE ON TESTNETOne unit. The whole book.
Owning one machine is exposure to one machine breaking. IX-CORE holds the whole infrastructure book as a single unit — marked continuously from live market rates, with income accruing into the unit rather than trickling out as payments you have to chase.
Live on Base testnet. Settles in test tokens; value is modelled from live market rates.

HOW IT WORKS
Priced by what it earns, not by what it's called.
Four steps, running every day. Nothing here waits on a human to press a button.
- 01
Recorded
Every asset in the book is on the register with its own ID and a hardware identity that does not change.
- 02
Marked
Live market rates are read on a schedule and hashed into an append-only record, so any reading can be recomputed later.
- 03
Settled
Income is written on-chain each night and reconciled against the model. A mismatch is visible, not silent.
- 04
Accrued
Settled income lifts the value of the unit. Holding is compounding; you do not have to reinvest anything.
A book, not a machine
One unit stands for the whole book of infrastructure — many assets, across sites and hardware classes. A single machine going quiet moves the mark. It does not end the position.
- Spread across assets, not concentrated in one
- One unit to hold, price and settle
- New assets join the book without a new product
Marked from what the market pays
Value is derived from live rental rates for the hardware in the book, on a published formula. Not a quarterly estimate, not a number typed into an admin panel.
- Live market rates, read on a schedule
- Every reading hash-chained to the one before it
- Published formula version, so a change is visible
Income accrues into the unit
Settled income raises the value of every unit rather than paying out. Compounding is the default state, not a feature you opt into — and it means there is nothing to claim and forget.
- Value per unit rises as income settles
- No payment to chase, no reinvestment step
- Each settlement reconciled against the model
Take the gain, keep the position
If you want income in hand, take exactly the gain and leave the principal working. The position keeps earning; only the profit leaves.
- Withdraw the gain, not the position
- Principal stays in the book, still earning
- Exit in full at any time instead, if you prefer

QUESTIONS
The obvious ones.
Is IX-CORE a GPU fund?
No. It is the first book on the register, and that book happens to be AI compute. The register is the product; equity, credit and property books use the same path and will look the same to hold.
Where does the value come from?
From what the hardware in the book earns, derived from live market rental rates on a published formula. Every reading is hash-chained, so any value can be recomputed from its inputs rather than taken on trust.
Do I have to claim my income?
No. Income raises the value of the unit as it settles, so holding compounds by default. If you want cash in hand you can take the gain and leave the principal in place.
Is this real money?
Not yet. IX-CORE runs on Base testnet and settles in test tokens. The mechanics are real and running nightly; the money is not.
THE REST OF IT
IX Cipher
THE STANDARD
The claim format behind IX: amounts and holders stay encrypted on a public chain, while every balance proves it is backed, solvent and real. Specified, not built.
IX Cipher →IX Credit
THE MONEY
Post a claim on the register as collateral and borrow against it, keeping the asset and the income it earns. Planned — after the mark has a track record.
IX Credit →ixOS
THE ONBOARDING STANDARD
The standard path for putting an unlisted asset on the IX register — reviewed, recorded, reporting, issued. Planned: a template, not a deal each time.
ixOS →It is running right now. Go and check it.
The register, the mark and the settlement record are all open. That is the point of building it this way.
